Q: Ive paid for my website designing how long will it take?
A: I try to get Bronze packages completed within 3-4 working days, Silver packages 2 -3 working days and Gold packages 1-2 working days.
Q: I changed my mind can i have a refund?
A: Once your domain name has been ordered and paid for we do not offer refunds.
Q: Can i suggest a design for my website?
A: yes i will ask you what you require and give you examples of templates that i can use. I do not mind changing things after the website is done but i will not start over.
Q: If i want to add more features to my website after a few months will you charge for this?
A: It depends on what you want doing, if its something easy to do then i will not charge for this, if it is something hard or time consuming to do then yes there will be a fee.
Q: You say that you advertise on 100,000 websites and search engines tell me more!
A: We use submission software which has cost us hundreds of pounds, the software itself says that it advertises on over 1 million websites and search engines. To be safe we only say 100,000 though.
Q: Can i sell my website after its finished?
A: Yes, its your website you can do what you want with it.
